Love this new kitchen gadget! I don’t know why I waited so long to get one. I’ve seen others use it and thought wow that looks cool but really, can’t I just do that with a knife?

I could if I had all day to prepare my meals. If you have endless hours to prepare your meals no need to read on any further.

However if you want to have an easy healthy gluten free life, lots of fun, make great meals and have people who don’t typically eat vegetables start asking for second helpings, well check this out.

For lunch I made a Cucumber and Tomato Salad.

For dinner I made a Zucchini and Squash Pesto Pasta which had no grains in it whatsoever.

Oh the fun I’m going to have with this tool.

So I’ll share the recipes for these two dishes along with the great boulettes de poulet et de porc au pesto.

I saw this in your newsletter and went to Amazon to investigate. I keep saying I should try one too, but haven't yet. Your photos and recipes have just about pushed me over the edge. I bought a cheap spiralizer last summer and it was ok. The 'noodles' are very, very thin and delicate, so this might do more what I was looking for without the bigger spiralizer that I have no room for in my kitchen.

I have one of those two Wendy. I've actually had two different ones. One I like which is big and almost looks like a slicer and works well but it takes up more room and is a lot to clean up. I had a small handheld one with a crank and it never worked. That went into the trash. I do love this one though. Small, easy to use and works. Just be careful as they are sharp and you can julienne your fingers and the palm of your hand. Yep worked on that too. 🙂

    Hi You,
I went to newsletter and yu just talk about the peeler. Need brand and what it really looks like—your photo is very obscure. Thanks, YG

The brand I have is Kinpira but many companies make these. Visit Sur La Table, Amazon or Williams Sonoma.

    Hi Diane,

I just love my zucchini noodle tool (or as my blogger friend,Jen calls them: Zoodles).

Your recipes look amazing – so clean an refreshing.

Zoodles are such a treat to use in place of grain.

Have a great rest of your Sunday.

    Hugs,
    -Amber
