You guys and gals are totally awesome. I love the recipes you are sharing made from real food ingredients. This time of year the possibilities really increase around where I live. I hope you are finding some great food at the farmers markets.
So here are some recipes shared last week. If you missed any go back and check it out.
Rhubarb Sorbet from Food Farm Health
Make Your Own Coconut Milk from Whole New Mom
For those who eat dairy don’t miss this Toffee Ice Cream from Gluten Free SCD and Veggie
One of my favorite meals Pasta Fagioli from Wheat Free Meat Free
Now it’s your turn!
Guidelines:
Please link back to this post so your readers can find lots of great recipes.
Link to your individual post, not your home page.
Please share recipes made with very little packaged ingredients but using single food ingredients or Real Food. Maybe 1 or 2 if the list of ingredients is long. If I bake something I’m usually using almond flour but I didn’t make it myself. So you see where I’m going with this.
Please do not link giveaways or book reviews, this is for recipes with Real Food.
As always, have fun!
Now hopefully that doesn’t seem to difficult. The point is to share Real Food with Real People!
Please don’t make me be a meanie and have to remove your link if you don’t follow the guidelines.
When you share your recipe feel free to grab one of these badges, or as Tia calls it Real Food Bling, and add it to your post. You can even add it to your blog sidebar.
You can find these on the page dedicated to Real Food Weekly.

hi Diane,
I shared my GF Coconut Cream Layer Cake with a video. I hope you like it!
I added super carrot dressing that is lovely "as is" or slightly tweakable. It's a recipe from a lovely young lady who was a guest at our support group meeting recently. 🙂
Now must go check out toffee ice cream, among other recipes!

Thanks for highlighting my pasta e fagioli! 🙂 This week I shared a cucumber radish salad.
What a great round-up of recipes 🙂 I brought a Rustic White Bean Dip that I am starting to think I need to rename Tuscan White Bean Dip – it is rich and infused with safe and rosemary 🙂
Wow! There's some lovely recipe here this week! Thank you for hosting!
Ooh, toffee ice cream! Missed that one. Thanks for hosting Diane! I think you'll like my submission this week 🙂
