Real Food Weekly- March 3, 2011

Welcome back to our weekly food blog carnival that showcase real food.  Every week people share wonderful recipes using real foods. You know the ones that typically don’t have ingredient labels because it is the ingredient.

Those are the real food ingredients you put together into your recipes and then share here so everyone can see that real food rocks!

Here’s are some of the great recipes shared last week:

Gluten Free and Dairy Free Graham Crackers by The Nourishing Homemaker

Thai Green Curry with Chicken and Vegetables by Food Sensitivity Journal

Raw Balsamic Onion Kale by Book of Yum

OK now it’s your turn to share this week!

Guidelines:

Please link back to this post so your readers can find lots of great recipes.

Link to your individual post, not your home page.

Please share recipes made with very little packaged ingredients but using single food ingredients or Real Food. Maybe 1 or 2 if the list of ingredients is long.  If I bake something I’m usually using almond flour but I didn’t make it myself.   So you see where I’m going with this.

Please do not link giveaways or book reviews, this is for recipes with Real Food.

As always, have fun!

Now hopefully that doesn’t seem to difficult.  The point is to share Real Food with Real People!

Please don’t make me be a meanie and have to remove your link if you don’t follow the guidelines.

When you share your recipe feel free to grab one of these badges, or as Tia calls it Real Food Bling, and add it to your post.  You can even add it to your blog sidebar.

You can find these on the page dedicated to Real Food Weekly.

Now look below for the words, Click Here To Enter so you can link up your recipe!  Thank you.

Since I'm wrapping up a period of giveaways and others' recipes, I linked up an older recipe–flourless pecan sandies. They are gluten free and dairy free, but now I need to try making them with coconut/palm sugar.

Lots of pancake love on the interwebs since the other day was National Pancake Day and that was the recipe for the Ratio event! I'll enjoy through others' posts. 😉

Hi Diane. I LOVE your carnivals! I wanted to let you know that I accidently linked the #4 cinnamon raisin bread recipe to the wrong place. #5 will go directly to the recipe. So sorry for the mistake! Thank you again. Can't wait to see all the recipes!

I linked up my Asian Orange Pak Choi Tofu Stirfry. A year ago I had no idea what Pak Choi even was! I'm so thankful for my CSA and for sites like your that focus on Real Food. Thank you, Diane!

Hi Diane! Thanks for mentioning my curry dish. I linked up a sugar free yam recipe my sister modified for me over Thanksgiving. Sisters are the best! Thanks for hosting.
