Welcome to our weekly blog carnival of sharing our love of real food. It’s really exciting to see all the different blogs and foods being shared. The real food way of eating is becoming more and more popular as people take charge of their health. When you control the ingredients you control your health.
It’s slowly getting a little warmer where I live and I’m just itching for the farmers markets to open back up. I’m still trying to figure out where to grow some of my own food at my home. Do you have a garden? If so have you planted anything this season?
What have you been cooking this week? I can’t wait to see. First, check out some of the cool things shared last week:
All American Marinated Beef Jerky by Common Sense Homesteading
Lemon Custard Bars with Blueberry Sauce by The Grecian Garden
Fiesta- Lime, Black Beans, Veggies and Rice by Above the Allergies
Slow Cooked Corned Beef Dinner by Elegantly, Gluten Free
OK now it’s your turn to share this week!
Guidelines:
Please link back to this post so your readers can find lots of great recipes.
Link to your individual post, not your home page.
Please share recipes made with very little packaged ingredients but using single food ingredients or Real Food. Maybe 1 or 2 if the list of ingredients is long. If I bake something I’m usually using almond flour but I didn’t make it myself. So you see where I’m going with this.
Please do not link giveaways or book reviews, this is for recipes with Real Food.
As always, have fun!
Now hopefully that doesn’t seem to difficult. The point is to share Real Food with Real People!
Please don’t make me be a meanie and have to remove your link if you don’t follow the guidelines.
When you share your recipe feel free to grab one of these badges, or as Tia calls it Real Food Bling, and add it to your post. You can even add it to your blog sidebar.
You can find these on the page dedicated to Real Food Weekly.

Good Morning!
I hope you like my recipe this week — for salmon patties. Even picky eaters like them!
Thanks for introducing me to Above the Allergies. What a deliciously clean recipe!
Thank you for featuring my Corned Beef from last week! This week started off colder, so we were ready for some Beef Vegetable Soup. I changed it up a little by using Italian veggies, and a little Italian seasoning, but it still is gluten-free and dairy-free. I hope you like it!

Hi Diane – a late-in-the-day submission. I love farmers markets too. This might be too much of a trek for you, but the Dupont Circle market is open year round. February is the saddest month (very little selection) but I still go because I love that it is year-round 🙂 🙂 Of course, that's easy for me to say – I live about a 10 minute walk from it. BUt if your local market does not open anytime soon, just wanted to suggest it (I am there every Sunday).
thanks for including a link to my lemon custard bars! today I posted a link to some great juice recipes from a recent cleanse. I'm going to have to check out that dairy free berry whipped topping! 🙂
