Gluten and Dairy Free Recipes for Menu Plan Monday- February 7, 2011

This week’s worth of gluten and dairy free menu ideas is brought to you by having too much food in my house!  So it’s my leftover week.  It starts with Super Bowl Sunday leftovers.  But first congratulations to the Green Bay Packers for winning the Super Bowl 31-25.

Don’t let those Buffalo Chicken Wings go to waste.  Pull the meat off the bones and make a great salad or wrap sandwich.  That is how my menu starts along with making those stuffed jalapeno peppers I never got to make on Sunday.  Then it continues with using up the cooked meats I have in the freezer and adding fresh vegetables to make new meals.

I can't wait to pull it out of the freezer. I was so excited it made two! It's really your version. I would never have thought of using chickpeas or those spices in a shepards pie. It's brilliant!

I seen your sight and was browsing around. I am needing “RECIPE’S”!!!! HELP!! Where do I find the recipe’s for your Gluten free/ Dairy free menu for the week!! Welcome Wendy. I'm glad you found me. I have tons of recipes here. On the menu any word that is green is a link to the recipe. All you need to do is move your mouse over it and you will see the link. When you click on that word or link it will take you right to that recipe. Also look at the Recipe category on the white bar under the blog title. This is a drop down menu that will show you the categories of recipes. If you are still having problems let me know.
