Last week I shared my menu for the month of November and issued a challenge- share with me your monthly menu and you could win prizes. I offered 3 different prizes and a week to send me your menu. Melissa sent me her menu in hopes she would win the $25 gift card. Well congratulations Melissa, you did win! You were actually the only person to send in their menu plan so you get your choice of prizes and I’m guessing you want that gift card. I hope you spend it well and thank you so much for taking up the challenge and creating a menu for the whole month and then emailing me.
For those of you who missed out on this I may run this contest again in a couple of months so be on the look out. It’s really that easy to do and to win. To see Melissa’s menu scroll to the bottom.
We are heading into week 2 of A Gluten-Free Holiday. Her theme is Healthy Through The Holidays and it’s your chance to share and find great tips and recipes. This Thursday visit Shirley at gluten free easily for Thanksgiving Favorites. She will be giving away prizes too!

Glad to see one brave soul joined you for a monthly menu plan. I printed your planning sheet and hope to start using it. Tell me about the Daiya cheese crisps.
Congrats to Michelle, or is it Melissa? Confused, but love her meal plan! 🙂
Cheese crisps are the best. Have not tried them with Daiya yet, but sounds good!
I was looking at OrgJunkie for gluten-free menus and came across your site. I hate that I missed the giveaway! That was a good one, and congrats to Melissa.
I'll be having a gluten-free, dairy-free Thanksgiving, but the pumpkin pie is the only recipe I've narrowed down so far.
So glad you found me. You might be interested in A Gluten-Free Holiday that I'm participating in over the next 5 weeks. Each Thursday I'll be posting on the topic and sending you to that week's host. Last Thursday was over at Diet, Dessert and Dogs. http://www.dietdessertndogs.com/2010/11/04/a-glut…
I love pumpkin pudding, no crust to mess with!
