Monday Menu Plan – April 19, 2010

This will be my last Monday Menu Plan for the next six weeks. Starting next Monday the 26th and running through June 4th there will be a guest blogger here every weekday for the 30 Days to a Food Revolution. I will share my other posts on menus and such on the weekends.

Tuesday– Sundried tomato shrimp pasta with a spinach salad

Wednesday– Calzone

Thursday– Pork tacos with spicy slaw

Friday– Scallops and black beans on polenta

SaturdayBuffalo Chicken Mini Burgers

SundayChili Piquin Vegetarian Tortilla Soup

    Looks like another tasty week here at The W.H.O.L.E. Gang, Diane. 🙂 The 30 Days event is going to be fabulous! Such a great way to focus on the change that Jamie Oliver is trying to bring to our schools and families, and that so many of us have been talking about for some time–the real food revolution. You and all the other bloggers rock for making this happen!
