Chocolate Macadamia Nuts
February is a month full of food celebrations and I have a gluten and dairy free menu to match. Super Bowl– 7th (New Orleans Saints vs Indianapolis Colts), Chinese New Year -10th, Valentines Day -14th , Mardi Gras -16th. My favorite of course is the Super Bowl. It’s a bitter sweet day since it’s the last game of the year. It’s a great excuse to have people over, who watch the game, and eat, cheer, and watch the commercials.

(Not this year, just every other year.) I like your menus for the special days. Well, I like all your menus actually. 😉 That Spinach Artichoke Dip Pizza sounds pretty darned good!!

Hi Diane,
You are extremely inspiring; I loved reading all your food plans for the month. I'm not nearly that ambitious (or talented) but I'm looking forward to seeing some of these recipes shared! (And thanks for linking some already, the look very tasty : )
