Menu Plan Monday – January 18, 2010

Last week I christened my new Le Crueset Cassis pot with a West African Chicken Peanut Stew I adapted from Kalyn’s Kitchen.  I’ll share that later this week.  It was so filling and the taste was amazing.  You’ll want to make it for sure!

This week is our January Gluten Free Light Winter Warmers Progressive Dinner Party.  Make sure you make it around to the different blogs to gather up some great winter recipes.  New to the party we welcome Amy from Simply Sugar and Gluten Free.

Monday January 18th Karen from Cook4Seasons made Creamy Potato Leek Soup and Roasted Cauliflower Soup With Gluten Free Croutons by Alison from Sure Foods Living.

I’ll be there tonight and Saturday for sure (I’d come every day, but don’t want to wear out my welcome … just letting you know.) That stew sounds good. Looking forward to that recipe and this week’s progressive dinner party–woohoo!
