It’s the weekend and you’re making a really nice dinner and have even invited guests. You decide to serve wine, maybe with each course. Does it make any difference which glass you use for the white and the red wines? Can we just use the same glass?
Michelle Lentz from Wine-Girl.net was gracious enough to share her knowledge with us from the BlogHer Food Conference in San Francisco this year. Thank you Michelle. Cheers!
That’s a great tip from Michelle! I had never really made that connection, but now I remember that I’ve observed that to be the case. Now I need some large glasses for red wine …
Love these interviews!
Shirley
Shirley- Yes, I'm having fun sharing these videos. I still have more! Love the wine tip. Now I just need to get better at which wine with the meal. Maybe I should start including that when we have a good pairing for a meal. New thing I'm working on learning. Never stop learning, especially when it tastes so good. 🙂
I've had some trouble submitting this comment, so if it comes across twice — sorry about that.
Thanks for the information, Diane and Michelle. Glad to be aware of the wine-girl blog. Sometimes we forget that celebrating good meals isn't just about the food!
Melissa
Melissa- Sorry about the trouble. Glad your comment came through. Love learning more about wine too!
