Happy Labor Day! I hope you are getting to spend time with friends or family today and eating wonderful food. If you would like a short history lesson on Labor Day, check out Scott’s post on the Next Level Blog. He shares a little history and gives great tips on ways to reflect and celebrate. I particularly agree with this line- “The day after Labor Day represents the start of the sprint to the end of the year.” Sad but true. Take a deep breath today, but don’t forget to keep breathing along the way.

Ostrich? How exotic! Happy LaborDay!
-Sea
seamaiden- I guess I never thought of ostrich as exotic before. It's really the same price as beef or chicken, just healthier for you. I order mine online and it heads right for the freezer. Often my son will ask for ostrich over beef. Of course he won't eat hardly anything else.
My neighbors used to raise ostrich. I really miss having it around.
