Well it’s safe to say it’s summer, right? We’re past the middle of July, people are headed on vacation, air conditioning is all the rage and no one wants to cook. Well this is an easy, I don’t want to spend all day in the kitchen weekly menu. Some things I’m pulling out of the freezer and others cook up really fast.
I hope you are having a fun summer and if you get a chance, poke around the blog. I realize that there was a little problem with the email feed last week and a zillion posts came at once. Well not exactly a zillion but more than a few. If something strikes your fancy or causes you question, I’d love to hear from you.

Thursday- Pupusas
Friday- Turkey and Beans
Saturday- Chicken Chow Mein
Sunday- Kalua Pork feast
Keep in mind this week’s Secret Ingredient is Zucchini for Friday Foodie Fix. I hope more of you eat that than you did Swiss Chard. Embrace vegetables, even if you’ve never eaten them. You might surprise yourself.
