This is my first post using a new platform for my blog. I hope it turns out just right. Over the weekend I finished up my Kitchen Inventory and worked on my menu. Looking first through my calendar and my husband’s to see what we had going on. Looks like a lot with the end of the school year, graduation parties, business travel, a mother’s birthday, our anniversary and Father’s Day. Wow, that was a mouthful, hard to breathe. So working with all of that I think I have our menu for June. Of course it’s subject to change according to the desires of the chef (that’s me).
As the recipes come up for meats you may not have heard before I’ll share my resources for these ingredients and how they worked in the recipes.

Great ideas for this month, Diane. I've already stolen one of them. I got to meet Jenn from JennCusine this weekend and I'm on a quinoa kick, so I'm using her recipe this week, too.
Wendy- Can't wait to hear what else you are making with quinoa. I really like the pasta too. Very cool you got to meet Jenn. I hope you all are headed to the BlogHer Food Conference. If so I'll see you there!

Hi, Diane–Thought I posted a reply here this morning … guess I was too quick and didn't hit Submit or something! LOL Anyway, planning the whole month is very impressive! I took note of your anniversary on the 20th, because we celebrate our anniversary on the 13th (27 years, and we dated for 5 1/2! Unbelievable sometimes.). Congratulations to the two of you!
