Also on Monday visit OrgJunkie for over 400 menu plans and on Wednesday check out The Gluten Free Homemaker for lots of gluten free meals.
Menu looks interesting this week. Still haven't tried those black beans cakes.Did you plant tomatillos?
Wendy- Yes I planted tomatillos. We'll see what happens. I bought 4 pairs of plants not realizing they were in pairs. Then they told me to plant them 4 feet apart and they'll grow in a bush and drop their fruit. I had to scramble to plant 1 pair where I had planned with not really having 4 feet available. I planted the purple ones in the front yard garden. We'll see. Did you get some planted this year?
Love your picture. I'm glad to see the sun again too. I love garlic and hope I can get a recipe up on Friday. We're having a huge graduation party here on Saturday.
looks good, i will have to check out some tomatillos this year at the market.
Linda- I wonder if anyone can guess what edible plant that flower is attached to. I hope you have a great time with graduation. Such a busy and exciting time of life. Can't wait to see your garlic recipes.
Courtney- Tomatillos are so easy to work with. Make sure you check to see that each one you pick at the grocery is in good shape and not just grab by the handfuls. Firm and great green or purple coloring.
