Immune boosters are good everyday, not just because you are worried about this new flu outbreak. They are especially good if you are dealing with the effects of gluten when you are intolerant to it or have Celiacs Disease or other autoimmune diseases. Either way you should read what Kim Harris, The Nourishing Gourmet, has to say in her article with a great list of 7 Immune Boosters. First on her list is coconut oil. If you have not used coconut oil I highly recommend it for many reasons. What else is on her list, how about water. There are many great tips so take some time this morning to read up and then don’t just think, yeah that sounds good. Do something about it. If you don’t have these items around your house, go get them. What are you waiting for?

Alisa- Don't know what I did before I found it!
Kimi always shares such helpful, well-researched info. Melissa at glutenfreeforgood.com just shared some similar reminders on staying healthy. We all need reminders, and validation on the stuff we already do. 😉 Water I do like breathing. I rarely drink anything else these days.
