The Book of Yum blog is hosting Adopt a Gluten-Free Blogger. It’s part of their Healthy Resolution for January. Find your favorite gluten free blogger and try one of their healthy gluten free recipes. Then write a blog post about it and link it back to the Book of Yum.
I can’t wait to see what great recipes people find. I hope to find more gluten free bloggers to share with you. I’ve chosen Karina’s Kitchen, the
Gluten Free Goddess and her New Mexican Stew. It looks wonderful. She used butternut squash which I do not cook with very often. Well let me think, never actually. I’m not a huge fan of squash but her stew looked so good I’m going to give it a try. If you want try it too and share your thoughts with both of us I know I’d love to hear back and I bet so would Karina.
All recipes have to be tried and your blog post submitted by February 1st so check back to the Book of Yum for all the results.
Happy gluten free cooking!
Sweet. Glad you're trying the green chile stew. You know, if you really don't care for butternut, you could substitute sweet potato- also healthy. Have fun!
I just bought the squash to try Karina's recipe. Too funny she was here with a tip to use sweet potato. I might try that next. I'll stop by to see how you liked it.

Karina- I love trying your recipes. It always pushes me to taste new foods and work with new ingredients. I can't wait. I'm going to change my menu around to make this.
Wendy- I can't wait to hear how your stew turned out. I'm working on my this weekend when the world arrives for Obama. Thank you-Diane
