I had a suspicion that it was wheat that was causing my stomach to swell to 3 month’s pregnancy size and why I would feel like I had a hangover in the morning or want to fall asleep at my desk in the middle of the day. The challenge? I LOVE BREAD. The other challenge? Even when I didn’t eat bread I would still get headaches and fatigue. My thought process? It must not be bread causing me to feel bad!
