		<description>I&#039;m so excited to have found this site!  I have shared it with so many people since!  I appreciate all of the passion and recipes and tips and information being provided.  I am still in the baby-stages of being gluten-free and working through some of the emotional pieces tied into it.  So I thank you all for your support, through your words and your stories - it is part of what keeps me moving forward knowing that there are so many ways to enjoy cooking, eating and living life while gluten-free.

		<description>Gluten free is just a start, we also have discovered eating for your blood type, what we thought were healthy foods for me was not the case for everyone in the household. Take it one step further and check out eating for (four) your type. Have only been at this for about two weeks, and have seen a tremendous difference in how we feel. Having three different blood types in the house has been a challenge when it comes to common foods, but can make such a difference in more ways than I ever thought it could. </description>
