Welcome to the newly designed blog site for The WHOLE Gang. If you recall earlier this year I announced I was attending the Institute for Integrative Nutrition to become a Certified Health Coach. Well I am happy to say I’ve started accepting clients. This prompted me to rethink my site and how I could share more with you than just the food blog.
It’s very exciting and I am really loving my work with individuals on their health and life goals. Everyone is unique but we all have many things in common. We all want to be healthy and live the life we dreamed.
I will continue to write blog posts and share recipes and information weekly and additional tips and recipes in my newsletter, The WHOLE-istic Life. There will be a newsletter out this month so sign up to get the inside scoop.
If you’re looking for “the blog” then use the navigation bar up top or click on Blog. This is where all of the articles that are posted will land. But if you’re going to start somewhere, check out the Home page.
I hope you will take a look around with all of the new content on the blog. I will say it’s still in progress so new things will be added every week. It is an extreme blog makeover but unlike those shows I can’t do it in one day.
Starting with the navigation bar you’ll notice the changes right away. You will find information About Me and About You. I’ve included my favorite tools, blogs, books and services. There is even a section on the services I am offering. That section will continue to grow as I add in more offerings.
If you take a peak all the way at the bottom of the blog you’ll see I’ll keep you posted on upcoming events so keep an eye on that.
Looking at the different services I am offering, they are available for individuals, groups and corporations. Currently I only have room to accept 3 more individual clients. If this is something you think you might be interested in please contact me for a free 15 minute Whole You conversation. We’ll talk about you and your goals in life. You can also visit the About You page to read more about my approach.
I am really excited about this new direction and I’ve been working really hard to be able to share it with you. I hope you will spend some time, gather what you need and above all, enjoy yourself.
I also would like to thank a few people who have been helping me transition this site. Ariel from Velocity Vectors created my new logo and Mary from Provirtual Solutions is my blog magician who made the move and got everything into the right places. Last but not least is Scott, my wonderful husband who read through my materials to see where I wasn’t making any sense or forgetting a word here and there. I am one lucky girl.
