I Can’t Eat What And It’s Where?

May is Celiac Awareness Month and in honor of that Shirley at gluten free easily is sharing the stories of different people who live gluten free.  She asked me to share my story and specifically what it was like to make the shift to living gluten free.
I made a lot of mistakes that I am hoping to help others avoid.  But, I also did a lot of things that got me on the path to healing and loving living gluten free.  I share my story and a check list of things you can do.

I hope you will go read it on gluten free easily and leave me a comment, either here or there or both!

I also wanted to thank everyone for doing such a great job so far with the 30 Days to a Food Revolution.  I don’t know about you but I’m learning so much!  It’s great to have so many different ideas and perspectives all in one place.  There are 5 new bloggers ready to go this week.  I hope you’ll stop back and see what they have to share.
