Kay- So glad you found this blog and community. Thank you for signing up for the newsletter. The cookbook giveaway ended in December but you can still buy that great cookbook. It's a good one to have on hand.

Hi,
I have just signed up for the newsletter and would like to win the 'Almond flour' cookbook by Elana.

I'm gluten free, dairy free as well and would like to see more of gluten free but wholesome baking recipes in the newsletter. all the gluten free flours/recipes I see are filled with tapioca starch and potato starch and corn starch. :( Add sweet white rice to that, you already have too much sugar before you even add the sweetener.

Off to read your blog. I'm new here and find your blog very interesting.

I just signed up for your email, and what I'd love to see would be menus and recipes that the whole family can enjoy. We have a multitude of different food allergies and intolerances here (gluten, dairy, soy, nuts, fish, shellfish, eggs, and sugar), and it's becoming increasingly difficult to find meals that everyone, including picky young children, will eat. My husband and I are tired of making more than one meal each night!

I love the idea of celebrating the foods we *can* eat, rather than feeling deprived. I'm really looking forward to your newsletter!

Thanks for the great giveaway. I love Elana's recipes, and I'm anxious to try her almond flour recipes for those of us who can eat almonds.

I also retweeted this. I'm mom24cuties.

Thanks!

I hope to see quick and easy recipes for fast dinners in your newsletter. Actually, GF crockpot main dishes with veggies and meats would be super. I’m always looking for new ideas on how to incorporate more veggies…both raw and cooked in our diet.

Hello, looking forward to the newsletter! Would love a copy of the book! I love new recipes- do a lot of gluten, suger, egg, & dairy- free cooking for friends, so it's hard to find recipes that include all those requirements... Tips on new products are good, too. Thanks!

Our kids are GFCF (almost 3 years now), and we limit the processed sugar they get too. I started eating GF about 3 months ago too. Though we had gotten pretty good at foods for our kids, it has been an entirely different experience cooking GF for myself. Through the process of revising my own diet, I've come up with several new dishes to add into the kids' menu rotation too. Looking forward to new ideas for keeping GFCF (and mostly sugar free) fun in our house from your newsletter. Thank you!

Love the post on chocolate!
I'm gluten, dairy and sugar-free (cane sugar) so it's tough to find treats, but I love your truffle recipe. Would love to see more desert/snack recipes!
Another quick one is similar to a Larabar...
1/2 cup almonds
1/2 cup dates
1 tbsp maple syrup
Process in a food processor, then roll into balls. I freeze them then take them out for a quick snack.

Thank you for the Top Ten Lists! An interesting idea might be Top Ten Gluten-free uses of ___________ (choose an ingredient to fill in the blank)... possibly starting with Almonds! For example: as flour in bread, in trail mix, in raw pie crust, etc.

Hi Diane (I like your name!) :-)
I would also like info on how to adapt wheatie recipes to GF recipes. And I like recipes most that use whole grain flours rather than the starchy ones (potato starch, tapioca flour, white rice flour).

Would love to see recipes in a newsletter! Especially ones that eliminate all of the big 6 allergens (gluten, dairy, soy, nuts, fish, eggs). Have been eating allergen-free for a few months now and it is HARD to find variety!

Thanks for the giveaway :)

I signed up for the newsletter! I would love to learn more about how to adapt traditional recipes (especially ones that require baking) to be celiac-friendly - I never seem to be able to figure out which mixes of which flours are best for each situation....learning more about the different alternative flours out there would be awesome too!

The recipe ideas are fantastic, but product reviews and cookbooks are important as well. I do all of my own cooking, so I am mostly interested in new ways to use substitution ingredients, new and interesting things like coconut oil and coconut flour, new sweeteners, etc. How you can use what vegetarians and vegans are doing to help decode gf substitutions, is always a favourite topic of mine as well.

I am especially interested in baked treats that my kids will enjoy. I am the only wheat free one here but mainly use almond flour, coconut flour, oat flour or no flour for everything. I am still in the learning stages so I could use any help that is out there.

I love reading your posts, and look forward to reading your emails. I look forward to learning more about 'new to me' ingredients that I will enjoy! Being gluten free and barely employed has left me getting creative with what I can eat, and I'm ready for more!

I would love to win a copy of the cookbook. I would start with her chocolate chip scones.

I read everything you post as I am newly intolerant of gluten, milk, soy, corn, acid foods, cocoa etc and I'm trying to do this for my health. The sad part is I'm not much of a cook and appreciate all you do to help so many of us. You were even kind to send me a personal email to encourage me. So I need your tips, recipes, and the knowledge you have gained over the years.
God bless you and all and Merry Christmas.

I would like to see information about how to select menu items that are GF when a person is eating at a restaurant. Also identification of GF restaurants by city would be helpful to those of us who do alot of traveling.

Diane,
I have signed up, tweeted and commented here, so if I don't win at least I go to the head of the class:)
I would like to learn more about baking GF breads. Can't seem to get the dough right without it being too soggy.

I'm always searching for new gf recipes! Also, including new restaurants that offer gf menus/items is always nice since I rarely trust going out to dinner anymore.
