Spatchcock and patchwork just sound similar with the patch and two syllables, ending in k. LOL

		<description>You crack me up! Carrots to prop up your bird--love it! Your recipe is not much different from my Super Easy (Traditional) Turkey Breast recipe. I also included my Special Turkey Breast, of course.  There&#039;s a bonus of Surprise Stuffing thrown in--gf/df for you, my dear. :-)

Look forward to your gluten-free Turduken and your Spatchcock Turkey (that just sounds so funny ... makes me think of a quilt).
