San Francisco Gluten Free Cooking Spree October 30th

It’s time for another Gluten Free Cooking Spree.  This time The National Foundation for Celiac Awareness (NFCA) is hosting this event in San Francisco on October 30th. WOW, that’s Friday! It was just one month earlier that they put on the largest of these events in Philadelphia called Appetite for Awareness.  They had over 1200 people attend that event.  If you read the NFCA Newsletter you can find out about all of the details from that event and the one coming up in San Francisco.  If you do not currently subscribe to this newsletter and you live gluten free, then you are missing out!

Oh I wish I were headed back to San Francisco for this event.  I had such a great time there.  I ate some amazing gluten free foods.  For my reviews visit the Gluten Free Food Critic blog.  There you will find Tropisueño Gluten Free Restaurant Review, Farallon Gluten Free Restaurant Review and The Slanted Door Gluten Free Restaurant Review.

Watch top chefs, doctors and media members compete to make the best gluten-free dish!

The National Foundation for Celiac Awareness (NFCA) invites you to participate in the San Francisco Gluten-Free Cooking Spree, an event that joins together the medical and lifestyle aspects of celiac disease to educate both doctors and chefs about celiac disease and the gluten-free diet.
