A month of gluten free and dairy recipes ready for you to make. Many of these recipes use less expensive ingredients and take 30 minutes or less to make. I have most of these dishes already cooked and waiting for me in the freezer. I’ll be saving lots of time and money this month! It really pays to do a monthly inventory and then make your menu using what you already have on hand or what you have already made. Pairing these dishes up with a side dish made with local fresh produce will make everyone happy.
This will also be a great menu for me as I take some time to share with you all of the great things I learned at the BlogHer Food Conference. I also met some wonderful food bloggers and look forward to sharing them with you too. Now while I was in San Francisco I had amazing gluten free and dairy free meals and saw some great sites. I will share restaurant reviews and give you some tips about eating out.
I hope this will come in handy for those attending the San Francisco Gluten Free Cooking Spree on October 30th. This is being brought to you by NFCA, National Foundation for Celiac Awareness.
Have a great month of meals that you make! Read on for my menu.
