Menu Plan Monday – October 5

Don’t forget that this week’s Secret Ingredient for Friday Foodie Fix is Pomegranates.  I love to open them up and pull out the seeds.  I also love the pomegranate syrup where the hard work has already been done for me.

Monday – Spaghetti with late summer vegetables

Tuesday – Chicken Taquitos with refried beans

Wednesday – Pork Chops with sauteed apples

8Thursday – Blackened Barramundi with vegetables and rice using the spice mix from My Blackend Tilapi Turned Chicken

Friday – California Cobb Salad Burgers using Turkey

Saturday – Chicken Fricassee

Sunday – Pasta Primavera

    mmm, I haven't had chicken taquitos in forever, like actually forgot about them, I think I'll have to make these next week, I have some mexican rice in the freezer and I've been trying to think of something to make w/ it (besides tacos that I'm burnt out on!)

    Hi I just stumbled across your blog on Organizing Junkie, the Gluten Free label caught my eye. One of the girls I babysit is Gluten Free. Anyway I love your acronym W.H.O.L.E, so clever! We eat Organic too, so I will definitely be checking back :)
