Here is my gluten free and dairy free menu for this last week of October. We end with Halloween on Saturday and then we get to start November off getting an extra hour of sleep! I’m all for that. Just a reminder, with this being the last week of the month it’s time to inventory your food on hand. Use your list from last month to start with, go through the pantry, freezer and refrigerator. Then make your menu for the month! I promise you, you can save 20-40% off of your food bill.
