Shirley- Thank you for sharing. I think it's great to have lots of options. Just remember to be gentle with Mr. Linky. You have to give him time to process what you've just shared if you are sharing more than one recipe. I love it when people share more than one recipe!

Very late to the party, but away for the July 4th weekend! So far I found three recipes. I wonder if there are more on my site ...

Diane--Have you heard of Babes in the Woods pork? http://forestfed.com/ They sell in Vienna and Alexandria at markets per my understanding. The farm itself is in Dillwyn, VA. Mr. GFE has relatives there and I'd like to go check it out the next time were are there. Supposed to be unbelievably good pork due to the conditions they are raised in ... basically, they are free range, eating what's naturally available. :-)

Did you get to see my pig post? Hehe! You'll like to hear we are raising our own pork this year, dubbed "Bacon" and "Steak" by Thing 1, but don't tell him I told you. :)

My hubby used to work on a cattle ranch (way before we met...) which has totally changed how I look at meat. Advocating for animals is so very important...thanks for the links. I didn't have a pork recipe to share but had to stop in and see what everyone was cooking.
