Monday Menu Plan -May 25

Happy Memorial Day! Thank you to those who serve and have served our country.

I hope you are getting to spend this holiday with family and friends and getting
to try new foods. I’ve changed my meal
today from shrimp to ostrich burgers.
Decided we would fire up the grill and hopefully the weather will
cooperate. Have a great week and don’t
forget that this is the last week of the month.
You know what that means, INVENTORY and MONTHLY MENU PLAN. If you’re off today, take 15 minutes and
update your inventory, pull out the food magazines or search through this blog
and the many other food blogs on the net.
Gather ideas so when you sit down to write up your menu you’ll already
have great resources.

Monday – Ostrich Burgers, corn on cob, fresh fruit
Tuesday – Pasta with Beans and tomatoes
Wednesday – Chicken Tacos
Thursday – Dover Sole, quinoa, veggies
Friday – London Broil, sweet potatoes, broccoli
Saturday – Pork Enchiladas
Sunday– Duck Breast

This week’s Friday Foodie Fix Secret Ingredient is
quinoa. I hope you will participate in
