Menu Plan Monday –April 13

I am ready for an easy week of cooking.  You know those times when you have cooked all weekend for a holiday and you have a lot going on the

Friday Foodie Fix

coming week.  How about those of you who only have 10-20 minutes to cook dinner weeknights?   Here is how I am going to have an easy week.

Turkey burgers only take a few minutes to mix up.  I’m also pulling a lot of items that are already cooked from my freezer so all I need to do is reheat.  The side dishes only take 10 minutes to make and Friday’s dinner is all cooked in one pot!  Now all I need to do is remember when to take things out of the freezer so they are thawed and ready to cook when I need them.

I hope you create an easy week for yourself too.

Keep in mind this week that Friday Foodie Fix Secret Ingredient is Avocado.  Mr. Linky will be up late Thursday night.  Also, check out The Gluten Free Homemaker for What’s for Dinner Wednesday and OrgJunkie for more menus and recipes!
