Workshop description: After being sick for a long time you finally find out what the culprit is-gluten. Great news you’ll finally start feeling better, but now you need to figure how to live without it. Gluten is found in so many products that the search can be overwhelming. Join us for a discussion on how to make living gluten free a manageable part of everyday living. Diane Eblin is passionate about sharing what she’s learned about gluten free living with others through her blog, one on one consultation and presentations.   There will be gluten free snacks and refreshments provided.

This workshop seating is limited to 22 people so please register early.  The cost is $15.
