Well sometimes things go according to plan and other times there is something great on sale at the grocery store. Today they had skirt steak on sale so I bought one and cooked it up in a frying pan. It was just me and my 15 year old and his favorite meal is steak and fries. It was fast and easy. So maybe tomorrow will be soup from the freezer or maybe we’ll have another surprise. Or maybe we’ll actually grab a bite to eat out like scheduled. Have a great meal! Stay warm!
