2-4 Tuna steaks
Black sesame seeds
Regular sesame seeds if you want contrast
2 tsp Virgin Coconut Oil
Heat your pan with the oil on medium high. While that is heating rinse your tuna steaks. Pour the sesame seeds on to a plate. Press the tuna into the seeds. Turn over and repeat. Gently place the tuna into the hot pan. For rare tuna 2 minutes each side. I like my tuna cooked all the way through so I cooked mine 5-6 minutes on the first side and just a few on the other. You be the judge of how rare you want it.
Serve this with Asian vegetables and rice with Wheat Free soy sauce on the side.
