What a spectacular week this shall be. We start with the holiday of Martin Luther King Jr on Monday and then the inauguration on Tuesday. This is very exciting where I live near D.C. Tuesday- Turkey Fajitas with homemade tortillas
Wednesday-Tilapia with potatoes and onions
Thursday- Filet with vegetable sauté
Friday- Kielbasa and Cabbage
Saturday- Cioppino
Sunday- Whole chicken
