Dairy Free Corn on Cob — 5 Ways

First start with some fresh organic corn on the cob from your local farmer.  Shuck the corn, wrap in a paper towel and cook in microwave.  Or take just the silk off the cob leaving the outer leaves and put into a bowl of water until your grill is ready to go.  If you are grilling out throw the ears on and cook for approximately 15 minutes.  When the look close to being done (you’ll have to peek inside) pull back the leaves and let the corn get those great grill marks.

Here are some options for those cooked ears:
No butter needed but can be used before seasonings.
Sprinkle with Old Bay Seasoning
Sprinkle with Shallot Pepper (Penzys Spices)
Sprinkle with Chili Powder
Sprinkle with Chipotle
Sprinkle with Chinese 5 Spice
